Cool pictures! That's rad that you guys went to Disneyland!! I love the caption of the upside down pyramid! hahaha

P.S. You're not suppose to take pictures of paintings cause they age. Well, if you used a flash. Did you use a flash?!? Sorry, I'm an art freak, so I'm anal about these things. Hahaha

YEAH DISNEY! The characters all spoke and sang in French so we had no idea what they were saying, it was pretty funny.

LOL OKAY FEAR NOT! The paintings on the celings were in an area with a sign that said it was okay to take pictures. But some of the other paintings were in darker rooms, or behind glass and you weren't allowed. So its okay! :)

If you're a art freak you def need to check out Le Louvre, its the biggest museum in the world!

AHHH! Looking at your pics brings back so many memories for me! This is gonna sound so funny, but I mostly saw the city at night both times I went, so it's strange for me to see the Moulin Rouge, La Seine, and the view from the Eiffel Tower in daylight haha I love the pics thoughhhh, you and Col look so cute! I especially really like your dress and hair in the Disneyland Paris pic..and you look so happy in the first one with the birdies sitting in your fingers

Also, I'm not sure if you know..but that last pic is of the building in which lays Napoleon's tomb. I can't remember right now what the building itself is called, but yeah, it's insanely pretty.

J'adore Paris :)

OH! and did you walk down the Champs Elysees and see the giant Louis Vuitton suitcases? hahah If not, your mission failed.

Okay so I had to look up the name of the last building, and it's called 'Les Invalides'. French history, how I love you.

YEE YEE! We didn't have enough time to check out Les Invalides, but we did see it a lot from the tour bus.

And I *DID* walk down the Champs Elysees and we did see the Louis Vuitton store but they didn't have a giant bag in front of it, just red spinning twisty things that lit up at night, so I dunno!

Les Invalides isn't crazy exciting inside, all you see is this giant tomb in the middle! It's pretty, but there are cooler things to seeee! I'm surprised that this tour didn't talk you to Chateau Versailles!?

I can't believe Louis changed their store display. That's so..upsetting.

Yes! thats it, Les Invalides... They said it so many times on the tour bus LOL but we saw so much so its hard to remember everything!!!

Anyway, Versailles is pretty far away from where we were staying, but we'll get all that we missed next time around. I hear its beautiful!

Yeah man, Versailles is GORGEOUS! It's just like this huge ass castle and as you walk through it you can totally picture the King and the royals living there. There's soo much gold in there too, it's insanely pretty.

Are you guys planning a 2nd trip soon!? If so, you HAVE to go to this little village (in Paris) on a hill called Montmartre. It's an area where all the artists in the city hang out, and there's a beautiful Church right at the top, and cute shops and restaurants.

Just read a post you made in the Canadabound and wondering if you got the application approved yet? I'm currently trying to sponsor a Kiwi, and I'm scared I might be running out of time... can't imagine being without him...

Hey... yeah we did and everything is well, the whole process took about 6.6 to 7 months..we applied in Scotland so they tend to speed it up a bit more if you apply outside of Canada. Good luck!
